THE SCIENCE OF BACTERIAL CELLULOSE

Bacterial cellulose is a highly pure, nanofibrillar form of cellulose secreted by Acetobacter species. Its unique properties—high tensile strength, water retention, biocompatibility, and flexibility—make it an ideal platform for advanced materials.
